A Gallon of Water a Day: Oh, did you think I was going to say something else? Well, I didn’t. I no longer have to wonder if I’m hydrated enough during sports or if I’m doing right by my skin (my digestive tract too, for that matter). My girlfriend also bought me a funny gallon-jug with different times throughout the day written on it and silly motivational quotes next to each one of them that encourage me to keep drinking. Much easier to drink this much than I thought!
Going
Outside Every Day: I’ve been a huge advocate of this for a while now, and it’s even easier now with Spring upon us. There are few things more uncomfortable to me than being indoors and in front of screens for an entire day. Getting fresh air and walking outside each day are common pieces of advice for healthy living, and there’s plenty of research to back it. Speaking of which…
Reading
ScienceDaily.com: Given how much information is thrown at us these days, one of the best skills we can hone is being able to differentiate that which is legitimate from that which is nonsense. Science Daily is a great website for staying up to date on research
surrounding some of the most important areas of study. I stick mostly to the psychology research, but others may be interested in tech, health, environment and more.
Taking
Golf Lessons: I got into golf last summer and I’m hooked. There’s something comforting about knowing that it can be a forever thing with my friends, played well into my elderly years. I’ve played hockey forever, so the lessons are helping me to get a lot of the slapshot motion out of my swing. It’s amazing to listen to a professional talk about the technicalities of this sport. Everything is degrees and angles. It’s about time I cared about math.

From The OLD Team
Lee, co-founder of OLD Podcast, shares a productivity tip:
"I've been using Episode 1927: The One Sentence You Need Each Day to Set Your Intention by Joshua Becker as a
guideline since first reading the article.
It has been helpful for my productivity.
I've modified the approach a bit and usually set 2 intentions each day, usually setting one intention before starting work and a second intention centered on family life before leaving my office for the day.
The work intention helps me focus on what's most important to work on today and the family intention helps to give me closure to the work day so I can give my full attention to my wife and children."
