Soul (Disney+): From personality to purpose, "Soul" questions what it is that makes you you. It definitely took a direction I didn't expect and just might keep you thinking afterward!
Trying
Headstands: I'd love to be able to do a headstand without a wall or any kind of support, and a nice way to start is either against a wall, or by using a headstand chair, or both. I've been using a headstand chair, which can also be used for stretching and other poses. It was a bit easier than I thought starting out!
Walking
With My Cat (on My Back): Also low-intensity exercise-related, a lesson we hear frequently on both Optimal Living Daily and Optimal Health Daily is the importance of making exercise fun. Bringing my cat along is a nice bonus when taking a walk! People walking or driving by seem to love it as well (here's a picture of the backpack with Fudge inside).

GREG: "Animals are a big part of my life--I always find the opportunity to talk about my animals to be very overwhelming. As a matter of fact, I find my eyes welling up already (such a freak).
Of all the things that make me me, including the fulfilment I get out of connecting with people the way that I do in Optimal Living Advice, I'm not sure anything comes as naturally as my love for animals.
Ever since childhood, I've had cats, dogs, lizards, snakes, hedgehogs, rats, birds, hamsters, and more. Somehow, the novelty never wears off. Rather, it gets stronger as time passes. Ask any husky owner that I've ever passed on the street, and they'll tell you the same.
Maybe it's the comfort in knowing they won't cast judgement on me. Or perhaps it's the way their behavior reminds me of what instincts drive all humans at their cores.
Is it the marvel of watching something be entirely present and in touch with its environment at all times? Frankly, I'd prefer not to know what it is that makes the animal lover gene go off whenever I spot one.
All I know is that animals are a very special part of my life, and they ground me unlike anything else.
Here are some pictures of me with my pets over the years!"
P.S. I'm definitely planning to kidnap Justin's kitten, Fudge. If anyone has intel on how to break into his house, it'd be appreciated. Email leads to advice@oldpodcast.com
